Agriculture

At V-MAX Americas, we have led agricultural projects that have transformed efficiency and sustainability in the industry. We have implemented innovative solutions that optimize agricultural production and promote environmentally responsible practices. Our commitment to quality and innovation remains a key driver of our clients’ success in the agricultural sector.

Installation of STABLEMAX 200mm PN10 Pipes in Agricultural Field

In the agricultural irrigation project in Corneche, San Pedro, V-MAX installed the innovative STABLEMAX pipe, 200mm PN10, for water extraction from the Rapel River. This pipe is notable for its ability to resist deformation under load, eliminating the need for burial and reducing installation and maintenance costs.

The STABLEMAX offers enhanced durability and corrosion resistance compared to traditional pipes, extending its lifespan and minimizing maintenance costs. Preliminary studies showed that this pipe maintains lower temperatures, helping to prevent buckling and providing potential benefits for crops.

In summary, the installation of STABLEMAX pipes in this project not only improves the efficiency and sustainability of the irrigation system but also promises to boost agricultural productivity in the region, creating new opportunities for local farmers.

Improvement of Agricultural Irrigation on Farm Property

On a farm property located in San Felipe, V Region, the flexible TANKMAX reservoir has been implemented to address water scarcity and optimize water use. With a capacity of 75,000 liters, this tank efficiently accumulates and stores water, leveraging the terrain’s topography and reducing evaporation losses.

The TANKMAX has been integrated with a drip irrigation system, which precisely distributes water to the 500 avocado trees on the property. This combination of technologies ensures that each tree receives the necessary amount of water for optimal growth, without wasting water resources.

The results of this innovative strategy have been highly positive, achieving a 60% reduction in water consumption. This approach demonstrates a commitment to sustainability and efficiency, highlighting the importance of adopting innovative solutions to tackle the challenges posed by climate change.
